Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Armed Guard to join our security team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining safety and security at a designated location. This position requires a strong sense of responsibility, excellent observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively in emergency situations.
As an Armed Guard, you will be tasked with protecting property, personnel, and ensuring compliance with security protocols. Duties Monitor assigned areas to deter and detect any suspicious activities or breaches of security. Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action. Enforce laws and regulations while maintaining a visible presence to deter criminal activity. Provide first aid and CPR assistance when necessary, ensuring the safety of individuals on-site. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed during incidents or investigations. Manage conflicts effectively, utilizing conflict management techniques to resolve disputes peacefully. Skills Proven experience in security, military, or law enforcement roles is preferred. Proficient in first aid and CPR certification. Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Strong observational skills with attention to detail for identifying potential threats. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Effective communication skills for reporting incidents and collaborating with team members. Requirements At least 21 years of age. Able to pass background check. Able to pass drug test. Proficient with firearms/Able to pass company qualifications. High-school Diploma or equivalent
