Qualifications Passion for Learning: Committed to supporting academic and personal success, especially for underserved and bilingual students. Strong Academics: Degree-seeking student or graduate with a minimum 3.0 GPA in Education or a relevant field. Committed and Flexible: Available to work 10–35 hours per week at an assigned school and participate in monthly training.
