Responsibilities: Scanning and Document Management: Scanning documents, aperture cards, wide format drawings, file format conversions, quality control, image/edit cleanup, post processing, delivery, etc. Mail Services: Post office, retrieve, sort, lookup, site route deliveries, and pick up mail, metering postage expenses, post office delivery, etc. Engineering Support: Research, retrieval, receipt distribution, data document update, sign out in control, printing, laminating, plotting, archive scan audit, etc. Records Retention: Research, retrieval, new box requests, box pick up, indexing, delivery, returns, records retention management system, etc. Provide the proper customer support information handling in the proper format with agility in accordance with proper processes and procedures under lead guidance supervision and training.
Basic Qualifications for Computer Operator 1: High School diploma or equivalent and started additional education and/or related experience. At least 1-year hands-on experience with Scanning and Document Management, Engineering Support, Records Retention, and Mail Services. Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.

This is a contract position based out of Melbourne, FL. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.24/hr.
