\n \nANCC Magnet designated UPMC Passavant is currently hiring a Full-Time Environmental Services Associate at the McCandless location. The candidate must be willing to work rotating weekends and holidays. Title and salary will be determined based upon education and experience.
\n \nUPMC Passavant is conveniently located just north of downtown Pittsburgh off of McKnight Blvd, 10 minutes from Ross Park Mall.
\n
Responsibilities:
Make beds, following established cleaning procedures in all patient discharge rooms and on-call rooms as assigned.
\nInspect and ensure that all assigned areas are properly cleaned and in good repair, report problems to the supervisor.
\nReplenish paper towels, toilet paper, and soap in all locations of assigned areas to assure adequate supply.
\nClean all assigned areas, including patient rooms, public areas, toilets, procedure rooms, offices and equipment, following established procedures.
\nMaintain assigned equipment in clean, working condition, reporting problems and suggestions to the supervisor.
\nRemove trash from all assigned areas.
\nFollow all safety and sanitation regulations.
\nMove equipment, furniture, boxes, wash walls, spot carpets, etc. as assigned.
\nPerforms in accordance with system-wide competencies/behaviors
\nPerforms other duties as assigned
