Grow your career as a Full Stack Java Developer with an innovative global bank in Charlotte, NC. Contract role with strong possibility of extension. Will require working a hybrid schedule 2-3 days onsite per week.

Will be responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology Team. Will lead applications systems analysis and programming activities. You will work alongside some of the smartest minds in the industry who are excited to share their knowledge and to learn from you.

\nContract Duration: 4 Months

• 5+ years of full stack Java development experience
• 3+ years of experience leading cross functional teams
• Strong written and verbal communications skills as well as strong organizational skills
• Must have strong Angular & Middleware experience.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of Java script and its design patterns.
• In-depth knowledge of Angular core features, Microservices, APIs
• In-depth knowledge of Application design and programming
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
• Experience with application performance enhancement
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development
• Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.\n

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree\n

• Lead integration of functions to meet goals, deploy new products, and enhance processes
• Analyze complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards to define and develop solutions to high level problems
• Provide expertise in area of advanced knowledge of applications programming and plan assignments involving large budgets, cross functional project, or multiple projects
• Develop application methodologies and standards for program analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, and implementation
• Utilize advanced knowledge of supported main system flows and comprehensive knowledge of multiple areas to achieve technology goals
• Consult with end users to identify system function specifications and incorporate into overall system design
• Allocate work, and act as an advisor/coach developers, analysts, and new team members
• Influence and negotiate with senior leaders and communicate with external parties\n
