Investor Relations Associate

A growing investment organization is looking for an Investor Relations Associate to support its client service and business development efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys producing high-quality materials, managing client requests, and working closely with senior team members in a fast-moving environment. The position will support multiple leaders across different locations.

What You'll Do
• Support the preparation of RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs for prospective and existing institutional clients
• Maintain standard firm data, responses, and templates used across all client materials
• Help keep response libraries and team documents current and well-organized
• Create and update marketing and presentation materials, including pitch decks, fact sheets, and client-specific deliverables
• Prepare materials for quarterly and ad-hoc client meetings
• Assist with drafting and distributing client communications, including letters and market updates
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on items related to the firm's investor portal
• Track and respond to client and consultant data requests with accuracy and consistency
• Maintain organized records, databases, and shared team resources

What You Bring
• 2 to 5 years of experience in investor relations, client service, or a similar role in financial services
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Solid understanding of financial markets and investment concepts
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• High attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
• Experience with RFP databases, CRMs, or presentation tools is helpful but not required
