Role Summary:
The Product Owner is responsible for maximizing the value of the product by defining its vision, managing the backlog, and ensuring alignment between business goals and development efforts.
Responsibilities
Define product vision and roadmap aligned with strategic objectives.
Manage and prioritize product backlog to deliver maximum business value.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.
Participate in all Scrum ceremonies and guide the development team.
Monitor progress, validate deliverables, and ensure quality standards.
Incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders into future iterations.
Qualifications
3 6 years of experience in product management or Agile roles.
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and other Agile tools.
