Job Summary: The
Warehouse Associate - Forklift Driver plays an essential role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and products within the warehouse. This position involves handling inbound and outbound shipments, replenishing inventory, and supporting efficient operations while maintaining the highest
safety standards .
Key Responsibilities: - Receive and ship inbound and outbound freight to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Replenish goods to the self-serve area and sales floor as required.
- Select products quickly and accurately to fulfill customer orders and meet multichannel delivery standards.
- Use powered machinery such as forklifts, powered pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safely.
- Operate the cardboard baler to compress materials as part of warehouse recycling processes.
- Adhere to all safety and security procedures , ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Utilize inventory management technology while following company policies and procedures.
Required Experience: - Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or a similar operational environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Nice-to-Have Experience: - Experience in large-scale or retail distribution environments.
- Knowledge of inventory control systems or warehouse management tools.
Required Skills: - Forklift operation (certified or ability to become certified).
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity standards.
Preferred Skills: - Experience with powered pallet jacks and warehouse machinery.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and load balancing.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems.

Additional Job Details: - Steel-toe boots required.

- Bottoms must be denim or woven material (no shiny athletic material, spandex, or sweatpants).

- No tank tops, sleeveless shirts, yoga pants, basketball shorts, or unprofessional logos/phrases.
- Tops must be work-appropriate and not low-cut.
