Shift: 1st Shift/ Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Friday 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary
Join a leading home furnishing company as a Warehouse Associate – Forklift Driver and help ensure warehouse operations run efficiently and safely. This role supports the movement, storage, and replenishment of goods to maintain accurate inventory and meet customer delivery standards.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and ship inbound and outbound freight accurately to ensure inventory integrity.
Replenish stock to self-serve areas and the sales floor.
Select and prepare goods for customer orders quickly, securely, and precisely to meet multichannel service expectations.
Utilize technology to manage inventory following company policies and procedures.
Operate powered machinery including forklifts and powered pallet jacks.
Operate cardboard baler equipment for recycling materials safely and efficiently.
Maintain strict adherence to safety and security standards and procedures .
Required Experience
2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or a similar environment .
Certified or able to attain certification in at least one powered mobile equipment type.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Required Skills
Forklift operation and equipment handling
Inventory management and order fulfillment
Warehouse safety practices
Preferred Skills
Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS)
Knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures
Material handling and organization
Basic computer literacy for tracking inventory
Additional Skills
Cardboard baler operation
Team collaboration and time management
Physical endurance and stamina for warehouse work
Dress Standards
Bottoms should be jean or woven material; no shiny athletic material or spandex.
Shorts must be knee-length or longer.
Tops must be work-appropriate — no tank tops or sleeveless shirts.
Avoid low-cut tops, pajama bottoms, yoga pants, sweatpants, or basketball shorts.
Clothing must not feature unprofessional logos or phrases.
Steel-toe boots required.
